We are The Weirdos Library ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") a company in Nigeria. We operate as a service aimed at helping targeted writers, Freelance writers and bloggers become better. These terms apply to the website theweirdoslibrary.com, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the"Services").

    • Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
    • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.

    Consequences of Breaching This Policy 

    The consequences for violating our Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the user's history on the Services, by way of example:

    Payments & Refunds

    All payments are handled through trusted processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Payoneer, Gumroad, Payhip, Sellar).

    We do not store full payment card details.

    Refunds are governed by the specific platform’s policies.

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or other policies.

    Termination may happen without prior notice in severe cases.

    Amendments

    We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
